You have successfully navigated the merging of two centuries of global upheaval and change, without becoming part of the change. From sending a telegram to sending a WhatsApp; from filling out a bank deposit slip to paying for groceries by M-Pesa telephone banking – you have seen it all. But you understand the secret – everything in life comes full circle, and yet, you are still working; still smiling, still hopeful.
